One Chicken, Three Meals
In this class, I’ll demonstrate (and you can follow along at home with your ingredients) how to cut up a whole chicken and make 3 delicious, nutritious, fast meals all in one hour!


Mediterranean Cooking: 2 Classes
In the first class, I’ll begin by explaining the Mediterranean Diet — one of the healthiest ways to eat. Simply put, it’s plant oriented, with healthy fats, little or no meat, reduced sweets and alcohol, and moderate dairy products. Personally, I love this way of eating and so I get very excited to share with others. I’ll demonstrate a salad that may be unique to you.
In the second class, we will continue with more cooking. This is the class where you’ll really get into it, aprons on (if you want!), and we’ll prepare 2 other entrees.
Fast and Healthy Meals for 1-2 People
In this class, I’ll give you some ideas on how to prepare some really simple, fast and healthy meals for you or you and your partner, all the while saving money.


Weekly Dinner Meal Plan
For this course, we’ll go over what your tastes are and create a meal plan of dinners for you or you and your family.
What’s in your fridge?: Private Class
This class is limited to one person for reasons you will soon see. Part of cooking efficiently is to be able to create a meal from what you have without a recipe. In this class, we’ll see what’s on hand and I’ll assist you in creating a meal you will hopefully love!
It’s very satisfying to be able to cook like this! Let’s give it a try!

- Classes will be arranged to fit the schedules of the participants, so each class time will be set after sign-ups are completed.
- Each class may have up to 10 participants.
- Each participant will be sent a link to a downloadable recording of the class after it is completed.
- Classes are designed for in-kitchen participation. After you sign up, you will receive a list of items needed for the class.
- Classes are for cooking, not baking.
